HOW ALIGNIFY32 COMPANY WORK WITH DOCTORS

At Alignify32, we are carefully selecting orthodontists from cities across every country worldwide. Our marketing efforts through print, social, and electronic media will generate patient leads, which we will then refer to the selected orthodontists, under specific terms and conditions. To become an official Alignify32 provider, orthodontists must register on our website, providing complete details of their practice and expertise.

HOW ALIGNIFY32 RECEIVE PATIENTS FROM DOCTOR

If you have experience working with other invisible braces companies, you’re already familiar with the advantages of aligners over traditional metal braces. Here’s how you can submit a patient’s case to Alignify32:

  • Assess the Case: First, determine if the patient is suitable for treatment with aligners
  • Submit the Following Requirements to us at connet@alignify32.com:
    • Completed case submission form.
    • Upper & Lower scan data of impressions (STL file/putty with wash) or Upper & Lower impressions.
    • Bite registration.
    • Intraoral photos: Upper & Lower Occlusal, Frontal, Right and Left Buccal in Occlusion.
    • Extra oral photos: Frontal profile, Right and Left side profile, smiling and laughing profiles.
    • Lateral Cephalometric & OPG (Orthopantomogram).

Once we receive your submission, we will create a digital setup of your patient’s treatment plan and send it to you within 10 days. You can view it on your computer or smartphone. If you’re not satisfied with the treatment plan, you can request modifications. Once you approve the final treatment plan, we will begin manufacturing the aligners and ship them to your location, wherever you are in the world. Shipping from Pakistan typically takes 25 days after final approval.

Pricing and Payment Information:

We keep our pricing minimal and straightforward, avoiding complex classifications that could lead to confusion for our valued dentists. Our payment structure is as follows:

  • 50% payment is required upon receiving the impression or STL file.
  • The remaining 50% is due after the approval of the digital setup.

If the dentist decides not to proceed with the case after approving the diagnostic setup, a 25% deduction will be applied to the payment.
